Getting down with Planetary Consciousness
Sung through the mirror of the Heart
When I was four years old, my grandmother Raya died.
She made me avocado and cottage cheese breads and we loved each other very much.
My father announced the news of her death as we sat in the car, and I told him my first cosmology — every one of us is a drop of water. When we die, we evaporate and arise back to heaven to form one cloud—and that cloud is God.
These days, it seems to me that this cloud is fully descending. We get to be both the individual drop, the movement of the mists, and the sky that holds it all.
This is what “weaving a sound reality” means for me—a prayer towards the conscious interweaving of our being, beyond living and dying and all other modes of separation. This prayer has been in my heart since I can remember myself, and of course, the Voice has everything to do with it.
Coming out of the Technospheric Closet
From my perspective, the most important thing unfolding right now is the synchronization of human consciousness with a new evolutionary possibility—one that moves us beyond a personal, ethnic or national identity; beyond the distortions of an extractive civilization.
This is the emergence of a planetary culture—not as an idea, but as something arising through us. It begins in the body, in the subconscious, and finds coherence through the voice, supported by new frameworks that are beginning to take form in service of this transition.
The voice becomes a means of refining our contact with the body and the unconscious—bringing what is felt into awareness, and what is implicit into expression.
The potential is for relating in resonance - for intentionally weaving our system-fields together to create composite creatures that have differently composed vocal and energetical channels; that can receive and transmit information, healing and anything that needs to be given for the benefit of all.
This requires a shift away from our current culture’s mechanized modes of production, allowing space for a more emergent, creative economy to unfold.
As we become more attuned to these layers, we begin to align directly with our multidimensional nature and its rhythms—without the need for clergy or centralized regulation.
The terms are less important.
Those who feel this in their bodies, in their dreams, and in the ebb and flow of time itself will recognize what is being pointed to here.
Some call it Gaia, some Inter-being, some the etheric Earth, or the Noosphere1—whatever the language may be, it is time to speak about it more openly, and to begin exploring it in our practices.
For the awakening human, this process of unification evokes both relief and threat.
We would be wise to acknowledge the challenge as much as the promise: no longer colonizing ourselves with ideas of what should be.
Surrendering to Harmony.
How do we ground this devotional surrender?
The Paradox of Purpose
How am I to balance my calling for purpose and service with my human needs for recognition, belonging, sustenance, and collaboration?
Are these needs legitimate, or are they just echoes of past programming?
We should not be too proud to still be periodically chewing on these questions, as they reflect our current stage of evolution in the most concrete way: Will God take care of me, like the animals of the field? And if I am called to spread my gospel AND lay down the tools of the Master, will I be supported in my endeavor?
We’ve been phoenixing around these questions long enough to know there is no insurance in true submission to Realness, and that the questions above were never meant to be answered.
Yet, in the past couple of weeks, against the backdrop of the intensification and vulgarity of wars, a luminous signal of what is approaching cannot be written off anymore as merely futuristic.
It’s time.2
The Supremacy of Touch
Striving to orient in a telepathic ecosystem, we must first get really primary and grounded: Beyond any interpretations of the mind, Touching is characterized by an inherent mutuality—if you’re touching, you’re also being touched.
It’s an experience of connection in the moment that actually has no shadings of near or far. No distance or closeness—other than through memory or imagination.
When we truly and deeply touch, we realize that we were always touching and always will be. Both separation and relationality can happen only in the mind. Realness is ONE.
Relating in Resonance, we are constantly, already, and forever touching each other—and everything—as ourselves.
This realization changes the nature of the voice — as it becomes a vehicle for navigating immanence — I am no longer using my voice to reach across a distance to someone else; I am not bridging a separation. I am sensing the vibration for my awareness to inhabit the space I am already in. This is the third layer of Plexus.
In Plexus we explore the voice as both a linear channel (our unique intentionality, platformed by the spine/chakra), as the movements of the cloud (our resonant interrelating and dynamic power interplay), as well as the void (the emanating pleromic silence).
In this practice, the voice is not a tool for projection, but a doorway into the infinite.
We often mistake manifestation for the act of adding more noise to the world — creating as adding — but true creation is more a process of subtraction. Just as an overtone only becomes audible when we veil the fundamental tone, our unique channel is activated not by how much space we colonize with our sound, but by how much of the “everything” we are willing to make space for, so that only the resonance of listening itself remains.
Plexus is being remembered and refined through the resonance of many bodies and souls in dedication to that possibility.
I know I’m one of many who share this vision, many who are in the process of clarifying their channels to “dream the highest dream.”3 And as the dream unfolds, one returns again and again to the concrete, moment-to-moment information stream of embodied sensations. Without being grounded in the reality of touch, all theories, mythologies, and works would be based on moving sands.
The weaving of both is what brings the new earth forth.

Another quote from José Argüelles: “Virtual reality shows that we are starved for release into a parallel world, an imaginal realm that is not just a reflection of our worst nightmares, but of our highest most sublime aspirations.”
